St. Mark’s to hold Sustainability Fair on May 6

On Sunday, May 6, St. Mark’s students will host a Sustainability Fair on – appropriately enough – the Sustainable Meadow at the corner of Main Street and Route 85. All Southborough residents are invited to attend to learn more about sustainable activities in our area.

Here are the details:

St. Mark’s School “GREEN WHITE and BLUE Fair”
Completely Credible and Super-Ecstatic Sustainability Fair!

When: Sunday, May 6 2012. 10:00 – 2:30
Where: St. Mark’s School Sustainability Field (the corner of routes 30 and 85)
What: Celebrate and learn about local organic farms, renewable energy and sustainable art. Information about recycling, composting, chickens, bee-keeping, hands-on activities, animal petting area, live music, kids-zone with face painting, games, FOOD and more
Who: Welcome to all kids, teens and adults wanting to learn about and support sustainable activities in our area

No word on whether the bear will be in attendance.
