Get new shirts and caps at the dump this Saturday

No, I’m not referring to cast-offs someone dumped at the swap shop.

Southborough Open Land Foundation is selling t-shirts and caps at the Transfer Station. The sale will take place this Saturday and the following, August 17th and 24th.

They come in a variety of colors, and the shirts are available in both standard and woman’s cut.

Maybe we can talk our spouses into throwing away their old ratty t-shirts by promising they can buy a new one at the same time!

I couldn’t find the dump. But, coincidentally, these very same shirts were being sold at the transfer station.

I hope that these shirts will be available at Heritage Day. I wasn’t able to get to the transfer station last Saturday, and I won’t be able to get there this Saturday either. I would also love to see a photo of them.

Missing reading glasses?

Last Saturday at the Open Land Foundation table where we were selling t-shirts and hats, we found a pair of reading glasses at the end of the day. They have been left at the DPW office and Jean has them. Stop in to pick them up, if they are yours.
Thanks!

The t-shirts and hats will be sold tomorrow, the 24th, and then on September 15, 2013 at he 25th Anniversary Celebration at Beals Preserve. What is left over will be sold on Heritage Day in October. Both items cost $15 and we just got our last order in today. Check out our website at http://www.solf.org.
