Southborough is hosting another Commercial Broker Breakfast next week. It’s part of their ongoing series.

This month, the focus will be on “Tools to Address Underutilized Sites and Vacancies in Southborough and MetroWest”.

The event will pull together commercial real estate brokers, developers, investors, lenders, new enterprise, employers, public officials, private business, and commercial property owners, and other interested parties.

The free breakfast is sponsored by the Economic Development Committee.

The breakfast will be held on Friday, March 24 from 7:30 – 8:45 am at Cordaville Hall, 9 Cordaville Road.
