On Tuesday afternoon, patrons at the Southborough Library will be folding “peace cranes”.

The project will be led by Robin Batchelder. The event is for all ages, but is organized under the Crafternoon series targeting young adults.

The origami event is open to all with no pre-registration required. Here are more details:

In March, our featured Crafternoon will be: Origami Peace Crane Workshop. Program will take place on: Tuesday, March 21 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Robin  will walk library patrons through the steps to create a beautifully folded crane. Registration is not required for this program, but participants may have to wait for Robin to help them one-on-one.

This program is drop-in and open to all ages. The library asks that younger participants have the ability to fold paper.

This program is being sponsored by The Friends of the Southborough Library.
