[In co-sponsorship of Southborough Youth and Family Services’ Mental Health Awareness Month initiative, MySouthborough will be helping to promote awareness throughout May by sharing a “Mental Note” each day.]

“Every human—every story—should be treated with dignity and respect. Be vocal and speak up for mental health and addiction. –”

– Linda Rosenberg, National Council for Behavioral Health (Be Vocal)
