The Southborough Library will host its annual Candidates’ Night event on Wednesday, May 2 at 6:30 PM. A Meet & Greet with available candidates will take place from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM. A program with statements, followed by a Questions & Answer session with individuals in contested races will begin promptly at 6:30 PM for the following open races: Library Board of Trustees, School Committee, and Board of Selectmen. Former Town Meeting Moderator John Wilson will be facilitating the event.

Candidates’ Night helps to fulfill the library’s mission by providing a space to serve as a center of civic engagement in Southborough. Refreshments will be made available courtesy of the Southborough Library Fund. This program will be filmed by Southborough Access Media, and will be made available on cable access and their YouTube channel prior to the Annual Town Election on 5/08/18.
