St. Anne Church will hold an electronics and appliance recycling fundraiser on Saturday, September 18, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Here’s a list of the items they’ll accept along with the cost:
- Keyboards, junk aluminum, power tools (free)
- Lead acid batteries: car, boat, lawn mowers and UPS units (free)
- Electronics: monitors, computers, stereos, radios, DVD players ($5)
- Appliances: dishwashers, stoves, washers dryers, water heaters, microwaves, AC units, dehumidifiers, refrigerators ($10)
- Televisions: small, up to 20″ ($10); large ($15); wood-cased ($20)
- Bikes ($5.00)
- Lawn mowers, small engine items, snow blowers, exercise equipment, power equipment ($10)
All residents are invited to participate — you don’t need to be a church member. Before recycling, make sure the gear has been emptied of any gas, oil, or water.
