December Vacation Camp: Triwizard Tournament and the Yule Ball

Tuesday, December 28 – Friday, December 31
9:30am – 12:00pm
Kindergarten – 3rd Grade
South Union Building (21 Highland St.)
$99/pp, Min 20/Max 25
Instructor: Tessa Stephens

There’s plenty of fantasy and  fairy-tales in mythical and magical figures. Dragons and winged horses, fairies and mermaids, flying broomsticks and magic wands, teleportations and transformations. Join us as we celebrate a Yule Ball for 4 days of fun, crafting and enchanted play. Add your name to the Goblet of Fire and participate in feats of intelligence, resourcefulness and ‘magical ability’.

On the last day wizards and fairies will attend the Yule Ball and combine all of our skills learned during the Triwizard Tournament. Did you find the golden egg? Did you use your gillyweed to your advantage? And how about that maze – and a fairy village? Imagine yourself in an invisibility cloak playing hide and seek  – and the rest of the campers have a Marauder’s Map! In a Herbology class we’ll be looking at plants and their practical uses, and make, potions, and care of magical creatures. Then have a handful of Bertie Bott’s Every Flavor Beans and watch as the pictures move and talk.

Drinks and Snacks will be provided.

Spots are still available. You can sign up online or in person at the Rec Department (21 Highland Street).
