Photos: Busy birdfeeders

My birdfeeders have been hubs of activity this past week. At one point today I counted eight blue jays all vying for a spot. Much squabbling ensued. The jays have been joined by cardinals, tufted titmice, mourning doves, and the occasional woodpecker.

In addition to the birds, the feeders have attracted the attention of a neighborhood predator of the feline variety. He hasn’t caught anything yet, but he keeps trying.
