The Southborough Recreation Department summer camps are in full swing. This week campers at Woodward spent one morning creating a gigantic chalk aquarium on the sidewalk. No doubt yesterday afternoon’s pounding rain washed away all their hard work away, but fortunately My Southborough reader Tessa was there with her camera to capture their creativity. Take a look (click to enlarge):
The camps run weekly through August 19, and spots are still available at both the Finn School Kids Kamp (ages 2.9 through first grade) and the Woodward Kids Klub (grades 2 through 4).
Sessions run Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, with an optional one hour lunch period for an additional fee. The camp fee is $109 per week plus $40 per week for the optional lunch hour. You can find more information, including how to register, on the Recreation Department website (southboroughrecreation.com).
