Southborough Library surveying feedback

The Southborough Library is looking for an update on what the town thinks about the library.

The survey will give Trustees and the new Library Director* important feedback on what the community values or thinks could be improved.

It’s a quick 10-question, anonymous survey and you can complete it online. Just click here.

Or, if you have library overdue fines you’d like to have waived, you can hand in a flyer. (Open a pdf here.) To do that see library director Ryan Donovan or Children’s Librarian Kim Ivers.

*Library Director Ryan Donovan told me the other day that he’s not sure “new” still applies. (He started last spring.) But I think in public jobs like his it takes about a year for that descriptor to drop!

It’s odd that the top of the survey says that if you do it, you’ll be entered in a raffle to win a gift card, but when you take the survey it doesn’t actually ask for any contact information. Is the raffle only for those who bring it to the library in person?
