The Southborough Library is working with a holistic health coach to offer virtual workshops on a variety of topics related to Wellness. They are open to anyone ages 12 and older.
Southborough’s Jill Vroman (of Jill Vroman Fitness & Wellness) is donating her time to offer the free sessions to the community. She’s also bringing in other wellness experts to help out.
Earlier this week, Vroman talked to patrons about ways to shed stress and relax in order to get the sleep they need. Over August and September, participants can get important tips on cooking, Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, and staying calm.
Four upcoming workshops are available over zoom for free, but pre-registration through the Southborough Recreation website is required (here).
