There are still openings for this Thursday’s visit from the Blood Mobile.
The community is asked to sign up for time slots with the travelling blood donation center that serves Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
As usual, the bloodmobile will be parked in the Southborough Library’s parking lot at 25 Main Street.
If you would like to donate life giving blood through the Blood Mobile, as of this posting, slots are available for the afternoon to early evening on Thursday, November 6th.

(If the available slots don’t work, for you, they’ll also allow some walk-ins during the noon to 6:30 pm event.)
This month, there are two incentives:
- Everyone who participates in the blood drive will be entered into a free drawing for a bTone Pilates class and socks (a $54 value).
- Those who successfully donate will also receive an Amazon gift card worth $15.
To donate, you must be over 17 years old, at least 110lbs., and “in good health and feeling well”, and bring a Photo ID. (Participants are also encouraged to “Be well hydrated and eat before donating”.)

Thanks again to organizer Karen Anglim, who has been arranging for the Blood Mobile to make multiple visits each year for the past few years. The next opportunity is January 8th. Stay tuned for the dates scheduled for 2026.
