The Southborough Library added a new event to its programs for the week. And since it is a repeat of an event taking place tonight, I’ll remind about that as well.
To accommodated Southborough Seniors who wanted to meet up to play a game of Canasta this Friday (while the Senior Center is closed), the Library is scheduling an extra game day.
On December 26th from 10:30 – 3:30 pm, adults can drop in to play adult board games from the library’s collection. (Or bring your own.)
And, if you don’t want to wait, the monthly adult game night is from 6:00 – 8:00 pm tonight (Tuesday, December 23rd).
A look at the catalog tells me that they have over 100 choices of games in their collection — literally ranging from A to Z (Animal Parcheesi to Zing). Not all of those are adult games, but it includes a wide range of both modern adult games and classics. (You can see their list here.)
