ZBA to deliberate on 40B abutting Breakneck Hill — Dec 11 (Updated-again)
The ZBA has closed its hearing on the 5 story, 60 unit building proposed at 120 Turnpike Rd. Now they have to determine what conditions to impose.

Last week, the Zoning Board of Appeals was forced to close the public hearing on the proposed 40B project at 120 Turnpike Road. They are scheduled to deliberate on the decision on December 11th.
