Monday night, an attorney for Capital Group Properties, which owns the Park Central parcel north of Route 9, argued that a proposed amendment to Industrial Park zoning is illegal “spot zoning”.

Two Southborough women are working together on a “groundbreaking” photography exhibit focusing on the “tension” between fashion and a woman’s right to control her personal space. On Saturday evening, the public safety officials responded to reports of a naked man on Parkerville Road. According to a press release issued this morning, alleged a 40 year old Southborough resident had taken narcotics and was “experiencing a mental health crisis.” The resident was taken to a hospital, but is also being charged by the SPD for “lewdness” and indecent exposure.
