AG’s office “partially” approves Town’s ADU Bylaw

The decision strikes the bylaw's ban on "mobile homes" based on how those are defined under Southborough bylaws.

Town Meeting Articles 28 & 29 on ADU zoning (Updated)

Annual Town Meeting will decide whether or not to update bylaws on Accessory Dwelling Units

The Planning Board pitches that the changes will remove the conflicting language and “protect the town’s interests by providing clarity in the zoning code”.
