Tom Mead named new Algonquin principal

Starting July 1, Algonquin will have a new principal, and Superintendent Charles Gobron announced last night that principal will be Tom Mead. Mead, currently an assistant principal at Andover High School, beat out Trottier principal Linda Murdock for the position. “Both candidates were stellar and had so much to offer the school,” Gobron said.
