Filming starts next week – here’s the schedule

The stars arrive next week and no doubt things will get a little nutty around town. The area surrounding Pilgrim Church will be tightly controlled, so onlookers won’t be able to get too close. But if you plan on checking things out, here’s how the filming will break down:

Summer volleyball clinic for girls

Pilgrim Church to hold services as usual on Sunday

Life will get back to normal at Pilgrim Church this weekend, at least for a little while. On Sunday the movie props will be tucked away and worship services will be held as usual.
It will be a brief respite in the flurry of activity that has enveloped the church this past week as crews prepared

Class of 2011 yard sale at Algonquin on Saturday

The Algonquin class of 2011 will hold a yard sale at Algonquin on Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. All proceeds benefit class events like prom and graduation.

Register for the Billy Webber Memorial Golf Tournament

The family of Police Chief William Webber is getting ready to tee off in his honor. The Billy Webber Memorial Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, June 22 at Juniper Hill Golf Course in Northborough. All proceeds from the event will go to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

Hollywood comes to Southborough: Day 4

I got a break between raindrops and ran up to Pilgrim Church yesterday afternoon. The sod is down across St. Mark’s Street and things are looking quite pretty. Have a look for yourself.
