Heavy winds topple trees in Southborough

I went for a walk yesterday and practically had to cover my head to protect myself from all the small branches and other detritus falling from the trees overhead thanks to the strong winds. But branches and leaves weren’t the only thing falling from the sky, actual tress fell, too.

Baseball and softball opening day on Sunday

The Red Sox may have been playing for a while now, but in Southborough opening day is Sunday. Southborough Youth Baseball & Softball will kick off their spring season with a family picnic, fun, amusements, and a silent auction. It all happens at Mooney field from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Form & Fiber Exhibit: Meet the artists on Saturday
