Southborough may be 25% water, but that doesn’t mean there’s a public place to swim. Tonight the Recreation Department will go before the Selectmen to float an idea that would give kids in town if not a place to swim, at least a place to splash around.

Governor Deval Patrick has ordered flags across the state to fly at half staff on Tuesday in honor of Private First Class Clinton E. Springer II who died in Kabul, Afghanistan last Friday.
