Class to help seniors learn basic computer skills starts Wednesday

Do you know a Southborough senior who would like to update their computer skills? A new class starting this Wednesday will cover the basics from checking email to surfing the web. Please pass along this information to anyone you think might be interested.

Date: Wednesdays, May 8, 15, 22, and 29
Time: 3:00 to 4:30 pm
Location: Trottier Middle School, 49 Parkerville Road, Southborough
Cost: A donation of $20 for the series is suggested
Maximum—10 Participants

Claire Reynolds, Southborough resident will be teaching a 4-part series of introductory computer classes. The session will start out with the very basics and progressing to e-mail and internet searches for information. This is an opportunity for those who haven’t a chance to join the computer age.

The classes will be a combination of lecture and hands-on work. For those who don’t know Claire, she has 20 years experience in computer software. She teaches all Microsoft applications and writes documentation for her clients.
