In town government this week, things are fairly quiet. Only one public meeting is scheduled:

  • Open Space Preservation Commission Meeting – July 31, 2013, Agenda highlight: Commission will review the new Major Residential Development bylaw added to zoning revisions, plus begin work on new Open Space Residential Development bylaw

More could pop-up later in the week, as only 48 hours is the required notice.

This week the Southborough Senior Center continues it’s regular classes without any special programs. A few examples:

  • Tai Chi – Tuesday, July 30 (9:30 – 10:30 am)
  • Mah Jongg – Thursday, August 1 (9:30 am)
  • Canasta – Friday, August 2 (10:00 am)

For more details, and the full list of classes, and other events check the updated Event Calendar page.

The page now includes lists for highlights of the week and major upcoming events – like Heritage Day 2013.
