Snow has melted.

Reading the Conservation Committee minutes I see Mr. Lee Bartolini 18-24 Turnpike Road is at it again with illegal snow dumping on his property. Residents may not know is that this isn’t the first time he’s done so and actually the bylaw of the Town of Southborough was enacted because he was bringing so much contaminated snow from Marlboro office park.

I guess he is above the law?
