The Southborough Senior Center asked me to remind the public about a special support group. The intent is to bring together people caring for loved ones with Dementia.
When they initially launched the group, the center explained:
This Caregivers Support Group will hopefully offer caregivers a place to share their experience in a non-judgmental setting. Share, listen, learn, offer and receive support.
The group is scheduled to meet on the second Monday of each month from 10:30 to 12:00. (That means the next meeting takes place on May 13th.)
Participants are asked to pre-register. If you are interested in joining the group, please contact Cindy Beard, Outreach Coordinator and group facilitator at 508-229-4453.
