Southborough Recreation is bringing back a virtual class from the spring. The community is invited to take part in yoga sessions via zoom. This time, there is a fee for participating.

Classes are taking place on Thursdays from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. They begin next week, October 1st, and run through November 5th.

Yoga at Home

Stretch, de-stress and have some fun too! This “after-work” class, open to all levels of experience and ability, includes breadth work, posture sequences to build strength and cultivate balance and concentration. Class ends with guided relaxation. Led by seasoned Kripalu certified instructors Malu Doherty and Mary Starr Green.

Note: Mary and Malu will alternate leading the class week-by-week.

Classes will be held through ZOOM video conferencing. ZOOM class information will be included on your activity receipt. You will receive an email each week with log on information.

Is this a one time registration or for a month?

The registration is for the whole series of classes.
