Hear from an Autism advocate and role model – October 12th

The community is invite to hear from a special speaker next week. A best selling author and autism advocate will talk about his “journey from non-verbal autism to professional speaker”.

The event is co-sponsored by the Special Education Parent Advisory Councils of Northborough/Southborough* and Shrewsbury.

NSPAC Kerry Magro flyerKerry Magro earned a Masters from Seton Hall University. He is now the Founder and CEO of KFM Making a Difference, a non-profit corporation focused on disability advocacy and housing.

According to the event flyer:

Kerry has become a role model in the disabled community. Non-verbal at 2.5 and diagnosed with autism at the age of 4, Kerry overcame countless obstacles to get where he is today.

The webinar will take place on Tuesday, October 12 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm.
