You’re invited to an evening of family fun at Finn School. On Friday night the school will host its Putt-Putt Palooza and Student Art Show. There will be mini golf, kids art, raffles, pizza, a bake sale, face painting, and carnival games.
The Southborough Education Foundation wants you to “bee” there (did I really just write that?) on Friday night for the third annual SEF Spelling Bee at Trottier Middle School. It’s an event that will pit team against team in a battle of orthographic skills.

Enjoy a sweet treat on Wednesday, March 7 at the Neary School Ice Cream Social. It’s part of the school’s annual Book Week. After your ice cream, you can swing by the Barnes and Noble book fair in the school’s library.
I love this event. It’s the annual Talent Show sponsored by the Southborough Rotary Club and this year it happens on Friday, March 2. The show starts at 7:00 pm at Trottier Middle School. Come cheer on some super-talented Southborough kids as they take the stage.

Southborough Project Respect – a collaboration of town departments, parents, and the schools – will host an anti-bully workshop at Trottier next week. The program is intended to give parents, coaches, and those who work with children, hands-on strategies to deal with bullying and tools for building respectful cultures.
