New cameras watching traffic

Have you noticed the new cameras at the intersection of Rt. 9 and Oak Hill Rd/Central St.? They’re not to monitor speeding, or to catch cars running the light. Instead, they detect cars and trigger the light to change. The camera system replaces the old wire-loop detectors embedded in the pavement. Learn more in this article by the Metrowest Daily News.
