Public workshop on Southborough’s villages

villages-mapWhat would you like downtown to look like in 20 years? What about Cordaville? Or Fayville or Southville? The Zoning Advisory Committee (ZAC) wants to know what you think.

In the current bylaws, zoning for each of Southborough’s four business villages is exactly the same. But as part of their project to revamp the town’s zoning bylaws, the  ZAC wants to understand how residents see the four distinct areas. How are they the same? How are they different? How do residents see each of the areas evolving over the years, and what zoning changes are needed to support the development?

Bring your ideas to the Business Villages Public Workshop on Wednesday night at the Town House. The program will include an architectural presentation on each village, followed by small-group disucssion around specific questions.

The workshop will be held at the Town House Hearing Room (2nd floor of the Town House) from 7:00 to 9:00 pm on Wednesday. Come represent your village.
