We’ve talked about various ways you can help the schools earn extra money – we’ve also talked about why they need the extra money. Here’s another way to help that has the bonus of also benefiting the environment.
As you use up injet and laserjet printer cartridges, drop them off at Neary. The school sends them off for recycling and gets paid for doing so. You can also donate used cel phones.
There’s a collection box in the Neary lobby. Please package ink cartridges in a plastic bag so they don’t leak. Donated cel phones don’t have to work, but they must at least be able to power up and must not be damaged. They also have to come with a battery. Include chargers if you have them.
