The Friends of the Southborough Library will hold their annual book sale on Heritage Day, Monday, October 14, and they’re accepting donations of gently-used books. You can deliver book donations to the library up until Friday, October 11.

To go along with the book sale, they will be holding a bake sale. Contributors can drop off homemade baked goods to donate to the sale on Saturday, October 2during library hours (10:00 am to 5:00 pm), or early on Monday. Please pre-wrap items for selling (for instance, a few cookies per baggie or pre-wrapped brownies or slices of fruit bread/coffee cake.)

Proceeds from the sale will benefit will go to the Friends of the Southborough Library. Raised funds help support the popular museum pass program, special programming, refreshments for literacy programs, and other library needs not covered by the town budget.

The book sale will be held at the Southborough Library on Monday, October 14, from 9:00 am to  3:00 pm. For more information or to volunteer, contact friends@southboroughlib.org.
