Is your flute buried in the back of a closet? Has your trombone case been gathering dust?

If you are looking for a chance to pull them out again, look to the Interboro Community Band.

The Interboro band brings together adults and young adults from the community to play beautiful music.

It’s open to anyone grades 9 through adult who can play high school level music.

The group asked me to share the information on their new season:

Rehearsals and enrollment for The Interboro Community Band begin on September 22nd. We are a friendly, low-stress ensemble that meets on Monday nights September through June, 7:30-9:15pm in the band room of the Trottier Middle School in Southborough.

Membership is open to adults and older students (grade 9 and up), regardless of where you live, who are able to play at or near high school level. If you’re not sure of your level or want to try us on for size, come and sit-in on any rehearsal!

For more information, visit their website or email Membership.ibb@gmail.com.
