Since posting about Algonquin varsity sports’ standout season last week, a few teams suffered losses. But three varsity teams remain undefeated: Golf (12 wins), Boys Soccer (10 wins), and Field Hockey (7 wins, 3 ties).
This week, the school will be hawking tickets for Friday night’s Homecoming Game.
Varsity football will be looking for fan support as it seeks to stretch recent wins into a streak. (The team started the season with two losses, but turned that around the past two weeks.)
