Police logs (9/6 – 9/10): Ex-employee won’t leave; Prisoners won’t return

Police were called in to help a business handle a dispute with a terminated employee and get uncooperative prisoners back into their fixed transport van.

Sunday, September 6, 2015:

  • 0029 hrs – Officers responded to Turnpike Road to investigate a report of an erratic operator in the area. The responding officers reported back negative contact.
  • 0158 hrs – A medical was reported at a Cordaville Road business.
  • 0812 hrs – An officer investigated a report of a suspicious motor vehicle in the area of Metcalf Lane. The vehicle left the area prior to the officer arriving on scene.
  • 1011 hrs – A motorist from Hyde Park, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked Driver’s License and having No Inspection Sticker.
  • 1218 hrs – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a Marlboro Road residence.
  • 1646 hrs – A medical was reported at a John Street residence.
  • 1919 hrs – Officers responded to Ted’s Auto Body on Park Street to assist US Department of Corrections personnel with uncooperative prisoners. After the Corrections van broke down and was finished being repaired, nine prisoners were refusing to return to the transportation van. The responding Southborough officers were able to assist Corrections personnel with getting the prisoners back into the van.
  • 2006 hrs – Officers investigated a report of a wire down on Southville Road.
  • 2350 hrs – A motorist from Southborough, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked Driver’s License and having No Inspection Sticker.

Monday, September 7, 2015:

  • 0520 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Darlene Drive residence.
  • 1017 hrs – Officers investigated a possible Larceny at a North Street residence.
  • 1304 hrs – Verizon was notified of a tree leaning on telephone lines on Woodbury Road.
  • 1405 hrs – An officer investigated a report of unregistered solicitors in the area of Madison Place. The involved parties had left the area prior to the officer’s arrival.
  • 1430 hrs – A medical was reported at a Graystone Way residence.
  • 1601 hrs – A medical was reported at a School Street residence.
  • 2118 hrs – ARRESTED: A Framingham man was charged with OUI Alcohol (2nd Offense); Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle; and Resisting Arrest.

Tuesday, September 8, 2015:

  • 0949 hrs – An officer investigated a traffic complaint on River Street.
  • 0957 hrs – Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Cordaville Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
  • 1014 hrs – A motorist from Ashland, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Driver’s License.
  • 1950 hrs – A medical was reported at a Flagg Road residence.
  • 2013 hrs – ARRESTED: A Westborough man was charged with OUI Alcohol and Marked Lanes Violation.

Wednesday, September 9, 2015:

  • 0052 hrs – Officers investigated a one car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 0814 hrs – A motorist from Douglas, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
  • 1138 hrs – A motorist from Boston, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
  • 1250 hrs – A motorist from Acton, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
  • 1435 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Woodbury Road.
  • 1643 hrs – Officers investigated a one car, motor vehicle accident on Chestnut Hill Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 2011 hrs – Officers responded to Stub Toe Lane to investigate a report of a suspicious male party walking in the area. The responding officers reported back that the male party was no longer in the area.

Thursday, September 10, 2015:

  • 0015 hrs – An officer on patrol checked on a suspicious motor vehicle parked in front of a Crystal Pond Road business.
  • 0810 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on White Bagley Road.
  • 1122 hrs – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a Southville Road business.
  • 1124 hrs – An officer investigated a parking complaint at a Southville Road business.
  • 1314 hrs – A motorist from Worcester, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
  • 1519 hrs – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Breakneck Hill Road.
  • 1749 hrs – An officer investigated a possible Harassment Prevention Order violation.
  • 1750 hrs – Officers responded to a Newton Street business to assist with removing an ex-employee of the business. The male party was refusing to leave the business after his employment was terminated. The responding officers were able to mediate the situation, and the male party left the business after speaking with the officers.
  • 1800 hrs – The DPW was called out for a large tree limb down on Woodbury Road.
  • 1814 hrs – A motorist reported a large tree limb in the road on Oak Hill Road. The responding officer was able to remove the tree limb from the roadway.
  • 1900 hrs – An officer investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
  • 1945 hrs – A medical was reported on Newton Street.
