Two weeks ago, Southborough Access Media asked the public to let them know about problems with Charter’s government channel. Now they’re announcing that problems should be fixed.
SAM had been experiencing “the same frustrating freezing and pixelating” that residents complained about. That appears to have been fixed at some point this week. Anyone who has continuing issues with the channel should notify Charter directly.
According to SAM staff, it appears that despite their efforts to get the problem fixed for residents, it was actually residents’ direct complaints to Charter that appeared to make the difference.
