  • Southborough Goes Green: In support of Mental Health Awareness Month, Southborough Youth & Family Services is encouraging our entire community to wear green on this day.
  • Annie Jr. (7:00 – 8:15 pm) @ Trottier Middle School: Trottier Drama production starring Southborough middle schoolers. (The first live one since January 2020!) Tickets will be available for $5 at the door.

  • Free Comic Book Day (10:30 am – 4:30 pm) @ Southborough Library: The library will be celebrating Free Comic Book Day with comic books for patrons provided free-of-charge by Diamond Comic Distributors. Come to the library dressed as your favorite comic book character. Library staff will pick their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.   • Plant Unsale (8:30 am – 1:00 pm) @ Transfer Station lower area, 147 Cordaville Road: Volunteers will be collecting donations to support the St. Mark’s Summer Youth Mission Trip in exchange for potted plants “and more”. For details, see dedicated post. [Note: for those looking for the annual Southborough Gardeners’ sale, that’s not happening this Saturday. Click here for details on their special event later this month.]
  • Shop with a Purpose (11:00 am – 4:00 pm) @ Community House, 28 Main street: Friends of Southborough Youth Commission (FSYC) is hosting a shopping fundraiser for the Southborough Summer Camp Scholarship program. The event is a craft & vendor fair with mini photo shoots and a raffle of vendors’ goods. For details, see dedicated post.
  • Backyard Orchard (1:00 – 2:00 pm) @ Southborough Library lawn: Free presentation by Blackstone Valley Veggie Gardens. “Growing tree fruit can be challenging, but with a few hints and the right techniques, you’ll have enough apples, pears, and everything else for the entire neighborhood!” ​The event is open to all, no registration required thanks to sponsorship by the Friends of the Southborough Library.
