More Pickleball Lessons this fall

Southborough Rec is promoting the last sessions of outdoor Pickleball lessons this fall.

Usually, by the time I learn that the lessons were offered, the program is already full. This time, 2/3 of the options are still available as of this morning. So, if you’re interested, sign up quickly!

The lessons are offered at $80 for each session, which covers six weekly 90 minute lessons. 

Pickleball flyerA flyer promotes the new Thursday lessons just added. But, there is also a Wednesday session in progress that began today. That means that there are still five lessons left.

The website promotes:

Come join Southborough Recreation as we offer an instructional pickleball program for athletes new to the sport or just beginning. Led by an instructor, learn the rules, technique and skills of the game and join your community on the courts! Our curriculum will begin with the basics and end with participants playing full games against each other.

  • Space is limited to 8 players per session.
  • Limited equipment available to use. It is encouraged to provide your own paddle.
  • For No Experience to Beginner Level players.

Both run 10:00 – 11:30 am at the Tennis Courts at Mooney Field. (That’s on the Finn School campus, 60 Richards Road. (See image of parking and location right.)
