Tomorrow, the Southborough Library is bringing back Storyteller Diane Edgecomb. In keeping with this year’s Summer Reading theme, she’ll be spinning tales about games.
The event is 4:00 pm on Tuesday, July 15th on the Library’s main floor. It’s free and open to the public with no registration required.
The library promotes the fun as featuring “participatory tales of playful games to go along with the Summer Reading Program theme of ‘Level Up’. The storyteller’s website further details:
Game Time! features three topsy-turvy adventures where everybody wins! Diane’s jazzy version of the Tortoise and the Hare encourages reading at your own pace. No matter what your level you WIN BIG in the end. Lots of Participation and Fun in this Play-full Performance with Library Favorite Diane Edgecomb. . .
One of New England’s favorite storytellers, Diane has been featured on NPR and is a winner of the Parent’s Choice award and five storytelling world awards.
The fun is sponsored by The Friends of the Southborough Library.
