Reminder — This Wednesday night, The Rampage Trio will kickoff the first Southborough Summer Concert this season.
To really make the event a party, the audience will be treated to free scoops of Ice Cream! Given this week’s heat (including tomorrow evening), it’s sure to be a welcome treat.
The ice cream from Trombetta’s truck is sponsored by Friends of Southborough Recreation. (The funds are made possible proceeds raised through the annual Gobble Wobble.)
There won’t be a dinner truck, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own picnics to enjoy on blankets in front of the Neary outdoor stage. The event takes place from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at 53 Parkerville Road.
As for the band, some of you may remember The Rampage Trio from the 2018 and 2022 concert series. For those who don’t, they perform covers and originals of Blues, Rock, R&B and Soul songs. The group promotes itself as a “high energy” band led by singer-songwriter-guitarist Brian O.
When it comes to music, hearing is better than reading. So, here’s a video from the band’s performance at the Marshfield Fair last fall, when they entertained the crowd with “Stuck in the Middle”.

As always, the concerts are on the lawn. So, bring blankets/chairs, and bug spray!
