- Live Music with RIZE (8:00 pm) @ Owen O’Leary’s, 50 Turnpike Rd: The band RIZE performes covers of a broad variety of mostly classic rock from the 60s to today. They’ll be joined by guest singer Michelle Lamont. For details, click here.

- Early Childhood Fair (10:00 am – 12:00 pm) @ Finn School gym, 60 Richards Road: Free event for families with kids 0-5 yrs old. Parents will learn about community resources and kids will enjoy activities, the Bumble Bus and more. For details, see dedicated post.
- Summer Book Sale (10:00 am – 3:00 pm) @ Southborough Library parking lot: The Friends of the Southborough Library will hold its annual June book sale (and a bake sale). One free book per child. For details, see dedicated post.
- St. Mark’s Prize Day (10:30 am – 12:30 pm) @ St Mark’s School: The private prep school’s celebrations include their version of a graduation ceremony for their Class of 2025.
- AVRTHS Graduation (11:00 am) @ DCU Center, Worcester: Graduation for Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School’s Class of 2025.
- Trottier’s Big Band on the Radio (11:00 am – 12:00 pm) @ WICN 90.5 FM: The Saturday Swing Session radio show will include a segment on the middle school band. For details, see related post.
- Pilgrim Church Chicken BBQ (5:00 – 7:30 pm) @ Pilgrim Congregational Church, 15 Common St: The community is encouraged to join Pilgrim Church for dinner and family friendly fun. The event isn’t free, but the fees cover more than just the meal. For details, see dedicated post.
- ABSA Home Run Derby (5:00 pm) @ Mooney Field Complex, 60 Richards Road: The youth baseball & softball association for Northborough & Southborough is holding its annual batting contest. For details, see dedicated post.

- St. Mark’s Church Picnic (11:30 am) @ St Mark’s Episcopal Church, 27 Main St: St. Mark’s Episcopal Church is inviting the community to join them for a free rain or shine picnic. (If the weather is wet, it will be held in the Parish Hall.) For details, see dedicated post.

- Walking Group for Seniors (8:30 am) @ Trottier Middle School’s outdoor track: Free weekly walking group organized by the Southborough Senior Center. Walkers generally go for an hour, but continue for as long as you wish. The location is a loop, so feel free to join late.
- Knitting Club & Quilting Club (1:00 pm) @ Southborough Senior Center: Weekly opportunity for senior crafters to work on their projects in a social setting, including knitting, sewing, cross stitching, needle point. For details, see related post.

- Virtual Author Talk (2:00 – 3:00 pm) @ online: Registration is required to take part in the free live talk with Q&A, “Explore Unexpected Twists and Turns with Bestselling Author Lisa Jewell”. This is part of the Southborough Library’s virtual series featuring bestselling, award-winning, and highly acclaimed authors from around the world. For details, see related post.
- Fifth Grade Farewell (2:00 – 4:15 pm) @ Neary School: Party for Neary students to mark the end of elementary school.
- Shelf Help (4:30 – 5:30 pm) @ Southborough Library: A community book discussion group run by SYFS with the Southborough Library about the Healing Power of Human Connection. For details, see dedicated post.
- Poetry Workshop (6:30 – 8:30 pm) @ Southborough Library, main level: Bring in five copies of original poetry to share. The group will provide supportive feedback. If you don’t have a poem, come anyway and share your insights. (Meets twice monthly.)

- Elder Law Advice (10:00 – 10:45 am) @ phone or zoom: Southborough seniors can sign up for a free 15 minute session of individualized legal advice from an Elder Law attorney. For details, see related post.
- Food Truck Festival (3:30 – 7:00pm) @ St. Mark’s Field (Rte 30 & Rte 85): The final night of Southborough Rotary’s annual 4-part community event with dinner and dessert food trucks. For details, see dedicated post.
- Youth Nature Club (4:30 – 5:30 pm) @ Southborough Library: Youth volunteers in grades 6th-12th are invited to join in nature-themed activities and help with the library’s seasonal veggie garden and native plant garden.. For details, see dedicated post.
- Trottier’s Evening of Jazz (7:00 pm) @ Trottier Middle School auditorium: Trottier Middle School’s Big Band concert featuring special guest, Saxophonist Connor Jenks. Admission is free but they’ll be raising funds for the music program. For details, see dedicated post.

- Sit & Knit (6:30 – 8:30 pm) @ Southborough Library: The semi-monthly program for ages 18+ is switching to Thursday evenings for the summer. Drop in and work on your latest knitting or crochet projects while you enjoy the company of fellow yarn crafters in a relaxed social setting. All levels are welcome but no formal instruction will be given.
