120 Turnpike Rd 40B hearings continuing while developer considers potential changes
The project has been further complicated by a legal opinion that the Town has ownership rights for the 6.2 acre site conditioned as a gift by the prior owner.
Based on passionate public response, the developer asked to withdraw a special permit modification application, instead promising to reconsider the housing project details at 120 Turnpike Road. Planning taking new stab at MBTA zoning while asking for some relief
Residents are invited to a new mapping session on June 3rd to identify potential zoning overlays within a ½ mile of the Train Station.
At the same time as it seeks relief from the state, the Planning Board is heading back to the drawing board for mapping an MBTA zoning overlay area within a ½ mile of the train station.
