This morning, a reader alerted me that there was a lot of activity on Cordaville Road around 4:30 am this morning, involving state troopers, K-9s and a search helicopter. The Southborough Library is continuing to offer free cooking programs in the coming year. Registration is open for two remote classes in January and more are planned. It’s just one of the ways the Library is continuing to support residents who want to improve their cooking skills/expand their horizons. Wellness program to support farmers’ Mental Health – Sessions in January
In the coming weeks, the state is holding special programs for farmers and its partners seeking to support them.

Town Meeting Update: Citizen Petitions due by February 23
The state approved new bylaws impacting the upcoming Town Meeting. One increases the notice the Town is given for Warrant Articles submitted by voters.

At the Special Town Meeting last fall, voters passed two new bylaws impacting future Town Meetings. One of those bylaws sets a deadline for Citizen Petition Articles to be added to the Warrant. The second will hopefully help make Town Meetings run quicker.
