Second car involved in fatal crash on Southville Road

The Worcester Telegram & Gazette is reporting that a second car was involved in the accident on Soutville Road last week that killed a Framingham High student. The driver of the second car allegedly fled the scene. He will be was arraigned on vehicular homicide charges today. More in the Worcester Telegram & Gazette. Update:
