As your schedule starts filling up this winter, don’t forget to leave March 11 free and clear. That’s the date of Southborough Unscheduled, a day when families “step off the fast track and step toward each other.”
The annual event is sponsored by Southborough Youth and Family Services. Here’s more info:
On this night, there will be no homework, practices, or meetings in the town of Southborough. Parents are encouraged to come home from work in time for a family dinner, cancel or reschedule evening meetings that take place outside of Southborough and make this night special for the entire family by taking a step back from the busy, harried, scheduled lives we all lead. In fact, it is really a ‘non-event.’
