Governor Deval Patrick has ordered flags across the state to fly at half staff on Tuesday in honor of Private First Class Clinton E. Springer II who died in Kabul, Afghanistan last Friday. Springer grew up on Cape Cod, but most recently lived in Maine. He was 21 years old.
