Longtime Algonquin music director Dennis Wrenn left an indelible mark on the lives of many – myself included. Last night with friends and supporters in attendance, a set of benches and a memorial plaque were dedicated in his honor in the foyer of the Algonquin auditorium.

Regional school committee gets first look at budget, considers school choice

Superintendent Charles Gobron presented a preliminary budget to the Northborough-Southborough Regional School Committee on Wednesday night. The budget represents a 2.7% increase over the current year and does not include teacher or staff reductions.

Interboro community band to perform on Saturday

The Interboro Band will perform its annual Holiday Concert on Saturday at the Trottier Middle School auditorium. The band is a collection of professional and amateur musicians who range in age from high school students through seniors.
