Short week at the Southborough Library (7/1/13 – 7/3/13): parade, crafts and 4 days closed (UPDATED)

Tuesday, July 2

  • Fourth of July Parade (11:00 – 11:45 am): All children and their parents or caregivers are invited to march in the annual 4th of July Parade from the library to the Town House. Flags, noisemakers and hats will be provided for the children. Ice cream will be served after the parade. No registration necessary. Sponsored by Friends of the Southborough Library.
    • Updated – If rain interferes, festivities will be moved inside with stories and crafts, plus ice cream.

Wednesday, July 3

  • Drop in Craft Day: Stop by anytime during the day and make a craft project to take home. A different craft will be featured each week. All ages welcome; no registration necessary.

Closed Thursday, July 4 – Sunday July 7: 

  • The Library will be closed both Thursday and Friday for the holiday. Plus, this is the first weekend of the Library’s summer hours. (The Library is closed Saturdays in July and August). So if you have any passes reserved for July 4th through 7th, please pick them up from the Library by July 3rd.
