The third time is the charm for the twice rescheduled Planning Board meeting including a joint session with selectmen and SHOPC.

Tonight, SHOPC plans to address an Affordable Housing Plan for the town. (Thank goodness today’s snow turned out to be a whole lot of nothing.)

As of this afternoon, here are this week’s scheduled public meetings:

  • Southborough Housing Opportunity Partnership Committee, 5:30 PM @ Room B, Cordaville Hall, 9 Cordaville Road (agenda) Agenda Highlights: Discussion on draft Affordable Housing plan; filling committee vacancy
  • Planning Board, 5:50 PM @ Hearing Room, Town House (agenda) Agenda Highlights: Heritage Crossing, joint meeting with BOS to hear SHOPC Affordable Housing Plan update – Broadcast live and replayed by SAM*
  • Library Board of Trustees, 6:00 PM @ Eaton Room, Southborough Public Library (agenda) Agenda Highlights: Progress on long-range plan, FY16 budget
  • Board of Selectmen, 7:00 PM @ Hearing Room, Town House (agendaAgenda Highlights: Joint Meeting with Planning Board to hear SHOPC Affordable Housing Plan update. [Editor’s Note, following the presentation, the BOS will reconvene in the Town Administrator’s office. Although the purpose is for a closed Executive Session, the agenda also includes any business properly in front of the board.]
