  • Boating for Seniors (10:00 am) @ Hopkinton State Park: A group of up to 8 people can utilize the Senior Center’s boating pass to use Kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, rowboats, and/or pedal boats. Pre-register at the Senior Center front desk or call at (508) 229‐4453.
  • Nutrition for Life: summer side dishes (11:30 am) @ Southborough Senior Center: Get geared up for summer with dietitian, Karen White, and learn how to jazz up summer with some easy fresh and healthy Side Dishes!!! Class includes cooking demos/taste sampling and recipes! Register by calling 508-229-4453 
  • Adult Coloring for seniors (1:00 – 2:00 pm) @ Southborough Senior Center: Come enjoy a stress free activity that relaxes the brain and allows your mind to get the rest it needs. Adult Coloring Books will make your life a whole lot brighter. All supplies will be supplied by the senior center. Call (508) 229-4453 to sign up
  • Poetry Workshop Series (6:00 – 8:00 pm) @ Southborough Library: Join several Southborough poets as they review and discuss the work of a featured author and discuss & create poetry of their own.

    Medication Bingo (2:00 pm) @ Southborough Senior Center: This interactive game (with prizes) will be both educational and fun. Learn more about the medications you take. Snacks will be provided. Please sign up at the front desk or call (508) 229‐4453

  • Caterpillars, Live exhibition (3:30 – 7:00 pm) @ Southborough Senior Center: Residents of all ages are invited to drop in to see the caterpillars on display. Visitors will learn the fascinating ways different species adapted to survive. For details, see dedicated post.
  • Southborough Summer Concert Series (6:00 – 8:00 pm) @ Neary School lawn: Free family friendly concerts at Neary School field by the tennis courts. Bring a blanket or lawn chairs. Headliner: Knock on Wood. For details, see dedicated post.
  • Estate Planning Seminar (6:30 – 8:00 pm) @ Southborough Community House: Southborough Attorney Kate Constantino will present a free seminar on Estate Planning (Wills & Trusts).   • Trottier Big Band’s Evening of Jazz (7:00 pm) @ Trottier Middle School: The guest performer this year is professional jazz singer and trumpet player, Christine Fawson.   • Girl Scouts Making Blankets for Homeless Children (11:00 am – 2:00 pm) @ St. Mark’s Episcopal Church Parish Hall: All Southborough Girl Scouts are invited to make blankets for children in a women and children’s shelter, ending in a create your own sundae party! For details, see dedicated post.
